Using Complications on your Apple Watch

Athlytic provides four different Complications that can be used on your Apple Watch.

  • Recovery - This Complication shows your current Recovery score.

  • Exertion - This Complication shows a visualization of your Target Exertion Zone and your current Exertion score.

  • Blood Oxygen - This Complication shows the most recent SpO2 reading taken by your Apple Watch.

  • Energy - This Complication shows the current number of calories burned.
